Roller milling generates four edible streams. The initial two streams produce high-quality "patent" flour that is made of the innermost Section of the endosperm and is freed from germ or bran. The patent flour from different sorts of wheat can then be offered separately or blended with other flour to make the bags of bread, all-purpose, pastry, sel
